If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to use Boofer.
You may not use Boofer if you are prohibited from receiving services under applicable law.

Your username (handle) must not impersonate another person, be offensive, or violate any third-party rights.
Boofer is provided for lawful personal and professional communication. You agree to use Boofer only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws.
You retain ownership of the content you send through Boofer. By using Boofer, you grant us a limited license to transmit, store (temporarily), and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
You agree not to use Boofer to:

The Boofer name, logo, app design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Boofer App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its content.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Boofer for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your use of Boofer is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time from within the app.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately terminates. We will process data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
BOOFER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOFER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOOFER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to Boofer in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Boofer after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
