1 How to Delete via the App

The fastest way to delete your account or specific profiles is directly within the Boofer app. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Boofer app on your device.
  2. Tap on your Profile Icon or go to Settings.
  3. Select Account or Account Settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Account Actions section.
  5. Choose your preferred deletion method: Temporary Delete or Permanent Delete.
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your choice.

2 Request Deletion via Web/Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our privacy team. To process your request, we need to verify your identity.

Please send an email from your recovery email address to:

Include your Handle (@username) and Virtual Phone Number in the request. We will process your request within 7-10 business days.
